Can your application handle a shift that crosses an over night, say 6:30 pm to 7 am the next day? . This is a typical shift in heath care.

Yes that is a supported feature – it is also a must feature for cafés/restaurants that are open cross midnight. Simply set the visible hours to be from 7 am till 7 am – that will allow you to schedule the shift you propose.

We are opening a liquor store and need to be able to schedule hourly. Does your program have the ability to set an employee up with their available hours in a given day……e.g. – they can work from 6-9pm on Wednesday and 12-8pm on Saturday.

    Thanks, Terry.

      Hi Terry,

Thanks for the question! Currently we support employee availability in full days. It’s adequate for most scenarios since you can solve a lot through making i.e. a role for Full Time Employees and one for Part Time Employee – see the Tante T case for details.

We have on the drawing board a feature however, where you’ll be able to do weekly availability by the hour (actually it’s UNavailability that you submit) so if you can get by using it as it is now – then the full featured version will be there before you know it.

Try it out – my best advice!
